How I work.

I start by finding where customer value or trust breaks, then work backward through the systems, teams, and decisions that create it.

01

Find the real break

Start where customers struggle, lose confidence, or fail to receive value, then separate the visible symptom from the system causing it.

02

Map the system

Trace the journey across data, platforms, policies, partners, and owners to find where the work breaks between teams.

03

Draw a credible release line

Define the smallest release that creates real value and gives the next release something solid to build on.

04

Make it executable

Turn tradeoffs, dependencies, measures, and ownership into decisions a team can build against.

05

Ship and strengthen

Watch where the product holds or breaks, then strengthen both the experience and the capability underneath.

Clarity before velocity

Moving quickly is useful only when the team understands the problem, the decision, and what good looks like.

The customer sees one product

A journey can cross several systems and teams. The customer still experiences one product, so someone has to own how the pieces meet.

Evidence has to change something

Research, experiments, and production data are not theatre. Good evidence should change a priority, decision, or design.
